  • On-brand support: Access brand guidance and licensed vendors.
  • Smooth approvals: A seamless review process helps you move from idea to order
  • Ethical supply chain: have confidence that your order continues U of T’s commitment to uphold ethical global supply standards as demanded by students since 2001.

Recognized? Now What?

Student organizations that can order apparel or merchandise fall into three categories. Find your fit, learn what’s required, and get started.

Recognized Student Groups (RSG)

You have earned official recognition and now make your mark. RSGs can access guidance on brand use, approvals, and licensed vendors so your tees, hoodies, and merch look unmistakably U of T.

What you’ll find: eligibility and status checks, ordering steps, trademark best practice and contact points.

Student Societies (Student Governments, Unions, or Councils) (SS)

Lead by example. As a society representing your peers, you have additional responsibilities and support to ensure branded merchandise reflects your constituency and the U of T brand.

What you’ll find: society-specific approvals, funding considerations, logo lockups, and timelines for bulk orders.

Student Orientation Coordinators (SOC)

Set the tone from Day One. Orientation teams can create on-brand gear that welcomes new students and builds campus spirit across events and campuses.

What you’ll find: orientation branding kits, event-ready vendor options, rush timelines, and tips for inclusive designs.
