HOW TO APPLY

Become a Licensed Vendor

All vendor licensing applications are managed through the CLC Canada online portal.

Access the Licensing Portal

Create your artwork icon

Visit CLC Canada’s Direct Licensing Hub and click Apply for a License.
You’ll be prompted to create an account by entering your business name, contact information, and mailing address.

Complete Your Account Registration

  • Once registered, set your preferences for:
    • Language and date format.
    • Currency type.
  • Then, select “CLC Canada” from the list of brands and click Continue to proceed.

Provide Company Details

Fill out the Company Details Form, including:

  • Business name and contact person.
  • Website and contact email.
  • Intended distribution methods (e.g., craft shows, social media, retail stores, etc.).
  • Description of the products you plan to offer under license.

Ensure that all information accurately reflects your business operations.

Before submitting, carefully review the Acknowledgement statement at the bottom of the application screen.

Submit and Track Your Application

After submission, your application will be reviewed by CLC Canada. You can log in to your CLC Canada Portal at any time to:

  • View the status of your application.
  • Receive notifications and updates.
  • Export information for your records.
  • CLC Canada Application Guide.
