Submit Artwork for U of T
Follow these steps to submit artwork for University of Toronto–licensed products through CLC’s Direct Licensing Hub.

Step-by-step
- Sign in at login.directlicensinghub.com.
- From the top navigation, select Artwork → Submit Artwork.
- In Select Artwork Type, choose Canada.
- Under Select Territories and Select Distribution Channel, check all that apply.
- In Select Trademark, choose University of Toronto (the institution you’re submitting for).
- Upload your file using Choose File.
- Add a clear Submission Name and concise Product description.
- Review your entries, then click Submit.
Tips for a smooth submission
- Complete every required field before submitting.
- Ensure your product description is specific (e.g., “Wooden wall hanging”).
- Confirm the correct territory, channel, and trademark are selected before you upload.
Confirmation
After clicking Submit, you’ll see a confirmation that your artwork was submitted successfully.
Not a Licensed vendor yet?
All branded merchandise must be ordered through a licensed vendor. The University works with CLC (Collegiate Licensing Company).
